Mr. Hitesh Arora
Mr. Hitesh Arora, Founder of Aplite Advisors is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He has over 10 years of corporate experience in diverse fields such as direct tax, indirect tax, Goods and Services Tax (GST), litigation and more.
He has served a wide spectrum of industries while working with clients in India and overseas. He has a proven track record of aligning strategies with business goals and building trust based relationships with clients.
Before incorporating Aplite Advisors, he has been working at key positions in some of the renowned firms such as Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan, the top law firm in India. Unfortunately, we have lost our founder and a lovely human being but his values, principles and beliefs remain deep-rooted with us.
Mr. Gittesh Rattan
Mr. Gittesh Rattan, Co-Founder of Aplite Advisors holds a specialisation degree in MBA, Finance. He works as a Director, Business Development and Management for over 5 years. Before Aplite Advisors, he has worked with professionally managed corporates in the capacity of a consultant. He has a diversified and multi-industry mix experience of over 10 years in handling corporate affairs for different companies.
He has a keen eye for details and sound knowledge of accounting, taxation and legal matters. He has helped many organisations to set up business in India and operating them smoothly.
As a professional with commitment and dedication, he ensures utmost client satisfaction with his sharp skills and expertise. In the process, he helps his client’s in productivity enhancement and bringing overall efficiency to their system. He believes in the synergy that comes from different members, to respond to the differences with an inclusive attitude and move ahead in seeking a consensus growth path using collective wisdom.
Ms. Swati Sharma
Ms. Swati Sharma is a certified Chartered Accountant and consultant F.C.A at Aplite Advisors. She has vast industry experience and a proven track record of serving different organisations over a period of 13 years.
She specializes in conducting statutory audit, tax audit and internal audit of large and medium scale companies from diverse industry sectors. She is an excellent team player and knows how to deliver outstanding results.
She has an optimistic outlook towards her profession as well as her personal life. She is keen on helping companies overcome their business challenges and achieve the path of growth.
